Why no-one likes a moaner?

One thing you can do TODAY which will impact your performance and results is STOP complaining – especially to your vendors and buyers.

Yes, there is plenty to moan about from the weather, Brexit, your sports team (well mine anyway), how cold (or hot) the office is or, how annoying that colleague sitting close by can be sometimes.

However, it is a known fact that those who complain too much lack power, lack the ability to problem solve and it changes how people listen to them.

When your mission is to support your client’s important life goals such as selling their homes, they simply don’t want to hear you complaining or moaning, even if they are doing it themselves.

Yes, a little moan is natural after all it is one of our past times in England, but, when you catch yourself going on too long, stop it.
